- Full registration: $200
- Registration deadline: Nov 10, 2025
Cancellation Policy
- On or before Sept 30, 2025: A refund of your registration will be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Oct 1 – Nov 2, 2025: A 50% refund of your registration fee will be issued.
- After Nov 2: No refunds will be issued.
Access, Recordings, and Captions
- Registrants will receive emailed information for accessing virtual conference sessions and materials early in the week of November 10.
- All sessions are recorded and available to registered attendees through Feb 28, 2026.
- All sessions are captioned by a live captioner.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct.
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Conference participants violating these rules may be removed from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the UW-Madison iSchool conference staff. See full policy
