Conference Registration

Registration for the conference is $325. An optional lunch is offered on Monday, April 20 at the cost of $20.00 plus tax. The post-conference workshop is offered on Tuesday afternoon, April 21 at the additional cost of $100.00. For space planning purposes, please choose the sessions you are likely to attend during the conference. You are not locked into these choices and can change your mind during the conference. Per UW-Madison policy, we require payment at the time of registration. If you need to pay with a check, please download and mail this Registration Form. Please type or print clearly on the form.

Cancellation Policy:

UPDATE MARCH 12: ALL REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE REFUNDED DUE TO CANCELLATION. THE CONFERENCE MAY TAKE PLACE IN NOVEMBER 2020. PLEASE CHECK OUR WEB SITE FOR UPDATES.

  • On or before March 13, 2020: A refund of your registration will be issued, less a $15 cancellation fee.
  • March 14-April 10, 2020: A 50% refund of your registration fee will be issued.
  • After April 10, 2020: No refunds will be issued.
