Conference Fees
In-Person Attendees
- $350 – Regular conference registration
- $250 – Current student registration
An optional conference lunch will be available as an add-on ($22) to the conference registration for in-person attendees.
In-person attendees will also have the option of registering for an optional Sunday pre-conference workshop ($125). More details about the workshop coming soon!
Virtual Attendees
This conference will feature a hybrid track to accommodate virtual attendees. Virtual attendees will have access to both keynote presentations along with six additional hybrid sessions.
- $225 – Virtual attendee registration
- $150 – Current student virtual registration
Registration Deadlines:
Please note that registration for the conference will close September 29. If you are interested in ordering the (optional) conference lunch, you will need to register by September 22.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you used a free registration code, please contact the CE Team at ce-info@ischool.wisc.edu to cancel. If you are cancelling a paid registration, please contact the UW-Madison Conference Center Registrations Office at 608-262-2451.
- On or before August 31, 2025: A refund of your registration (and workshop fees if applicable) will be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- September 1 – 21, 2025: A 50% refund of your registration fee (and workshop fees if applicable) will be issued.
- After September 21: No refunds will be issued.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct.
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Conference participants violating these rules may be removed from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the UW-Madison iSchool conference staff. See full policy
