Conference Fees
$200 – conference registration
Registered attendees will receive emailed information for accessing virtual conference sessions and materials by November 1, 2026. All sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees through January 17, 2027.
Registration Deadline
Registration closes at noon on November 9, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
- On or before September 30, 2026: A refund of your registration (and workshop fees if applicable) will be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- October 1-31, 2026: A 50% refund of your registration fee (and workshop fees if applicable) will be issued.
- After November 1, 2026: No refund will be issued.
Conference Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct.
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Conference participants violating these rules may be removed from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the UW-Madison iSchool conference staff. See full policy
