Volunteer Management

Many community members want to be a part of their library. However, the recruitment and training of volunteers can be time-consuming, and their role within the library can be vague. Take this class to find out how volunteer management can be fun and rewarding. Leverage the talent and enthusiasm in your community to strengthen relationships and bring new energy, skills, and opportunities to your library.
