Conference Fees

Registrations fees are set on a sliding scale. Proof of status or income is not required.

  • $300 – If you make $45K or more annually
  • $250 – If you make less than 45K annually

An optional Monday lunch is available for an additional $22. Lunch registration closes on March 8, 2027 at noon.

Group registration discounts are not available for this event.

Registration Deadline

Registration closes at noon on March, 15, 2027.

Cancellation Policy

  • On or before January 31, 2027: A refund of your registration be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • February 1-28 , 2027: A 50% refund of your registration fee will be issued. 
  • After March 1, 2027: No refunds will be issued.

Conference Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct.

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Conference participants violating these rules may be removed from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the UW–Madison iSchool conference staff. See full policy
