Fee Structure
Registrations fees are set on a sliding scale. Proof of status or income is not required.
Virtual Attendees
- $200 – If you make $45K or more annually
- $160 – If you make less than 45K annually
Cancellation Policy
- On or before January 31, 2025: A refund of your registration (and workshop fees if applicable) will be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- February 1-28 , 2026: A 50% refund of your registration fee (and workshop fees if applicable) will be issued.
- After March 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Access, Recordings, and Captions
- Registrants will receive emailed information for accessing virtual conference sessions and materials in February.
- All sessions are recorded and available to registered attendees through May 31, 2026.
- All sessions are captioned by a live captioner.
- Group registrations discounts are not available for this event.
Conference Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct.
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Conference participants violating these rules may be removed from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the UW-Madison iSchool conference staff. See full policy
